Semi-flexible 3D printing filaments are a medium between rigid plastics, like ABS, and flexible filaments like TPE. Semi-flexible filaments are ideal for products that require some degree of flexibility whilst still maintaining slight rigidity. The other advantage of using semi-flexible filaments is that they are less prone to buckling and bending between the extruder and the hot-end. This makes semi-flexible filaments somewhat easier to print than flexible filaments.
